Requirements:

Experience: This position requires the selected candidate to have a minimum of 3 years managing assets and staff and able to provide evidence of such.

Education: Business or management post secondary degree/diploma/certificate.

Additional: Clean drivers record with insurance history.

Duties will include:

Oversee daily operations – direct, control, plan, organise of the car leasing divisions in both Abbortsford and Langely branches.

Manage staff – hire, performance reviews, training, motivation.

Manage assets – ensure vehicles are in prime condition, procure merchandise, determine merchandise trends,

Marketing – ensure efficient marketing,

Public Relations and Customer Service – track record of having dealt with challenging situations.

Budget – ensure budgets are set and adhered to, and profitablity margins are increased.
